We’ve been hard at work using the new Microsoft Calls & Meeting API’s to build a native Microsoft Teams Contact Center and we’d like to give the attendees at CommsvNext a first look at what we’ve been up to. We’ll talk about our design principles in building Contact Center & demonstrate the features & functionality we already have. We will also show how we bring contact center right into the middle of Office 365 by enabling call events to trigger Microsoft Flows and bring PowerApps seamlessly into the calling process. We’ll also give you tips on how to best handle the Attendant Console scenario for Microsoft Teams until client API’s become available.
